Information
Simian Warfare is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
When at maximum Action Points, you only have half the aim delay with Small Guns.
Important notes
When shooting at targets with Small Guns, you only require half the time to aim at the target. This is less noticeable with bursts and unaimed shots, as they have a small aim time to begin with. But aimed shots can be executed much faster!
This perk only works when you have maximum AP and only with Small Guns. If you have a modified maximum AP amount, for example because of Afterburner Gum (Drug) (70), or a Battery Artifact (110) then that value is what you need to reach.
