Fast Metabolism is a possible Trait you can pick during character creation.
Positive Effect
+5 Healing Rate to your character.
Negative Effect
-25% Poison Resistance
-20% Bleed Resistance
Due to the complicated nature of calculating Bleed Resistances, it is hard to give it a number. It does remove as much Bleed Resistance however, as Improved Hemostasis adds.
