Gain Luck is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Gain Luck gives you +1 Luck.
Important notes
The Luck you get, can bring you over 10 Luck, resulting in 11 Luck, if you take it at 10 Luck.
The Luck you get gives you all the benefits, as if you would have taken it during character creation. It will not increase the Skills it is associated with, however.
