Medicinae Doctor is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
You unlock healing item perks with best of your First Aid and Doctor skills.
Important notes
For First Aid and Doctor items, you now unlock the item perks with the highest of both skills, even if it is not the associated item. For example, the Doctors Bag usually unlocks its perks only with high enough Doctor skill. But if you have Medicinae Doctor, you will unlock said item skills with First Aid as well. Keep in mind, this does not actually raise the lower skill value to the higher, meaning, you will not heal more HP with First Aid if your First Aid is 100 and your Doctor is 200. Medicinae Doctor ONLY unlocks item perks, taking the highest of the two skills level into account.
