Critical Strength (Perk) is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Critical Strength (Perk) gives you +15% (additive) Critical Strength.
Important notes
You can get over 100%. This is not useless, as other perks, especially weapon perks, can lower it. So having 110% for example would still give you full immunity to knockouts, as well as the other Critical Strength effects, if the enemy has a perk that lowers it by 10%.
