Sharpshooter is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Sharpshooter gives you +2 bonus to Perception for the purposes of determining range modifiers.
Important notes
This does not increase your Perception by 2. It only increases your hit chance / effective range as if you gained 2 Perception. Even with 10 Perception, taking Sharpshooter will get you additional effective range, especially when aiming at limbs.
