PMS Defense is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
10% of combat damage taken is converted to Bleed damage.
Important notes
This effectively delays 10% of the damage you take, as it will be converted into bleed. (Unless of course, you bandage yourself or otherwise remove the bleed)
