Information
Four Eyes is a possible Trait you can pick during character creation.
Positive Effect
Adds Sight Range as if you gained 3 Perception. This means you see 12 hexes further at day, less so at night.
Negative Effect
Removes a huge chunk of your side visions. Meaning that while you see much further towards the front, your forward-sides, backward-sides, and back suffers immensely! Your situational awareness is severely hindered!
Recommendations
Snipers who need that extra chunk of vision, can grab this. Remember, you can still constantly look around your character to diminish the negative effects of the trait!
