	December	After fighting a losing battle against the Mutants, one group of ghouls seeks refuge in Maryland while others form the Sewer Rats. This marks the last time these two factions communicate
	December	Having been confined inside the Archives for the forseeable future, the Ghouls use what manpower and tools they have to expand their dwelling, soon breaking through to another large cavern in the east.
		The Muties discover both Vault 50 and different robco and west-tek facilities, the latter of which they take up residence in.

		Lt. Adams learns of the Masters fate and decides to continue his work as the Disciples. Instead of bringing the Vault Dwellers back, they are being dipped in the hospital
		FEV starts contaminating the underwater stream that is feeding the maryland archives, turning the ghouls feral
		After having dominated Phoenix for 2 years, the Disciples have gathered all they need and retreat into the Hospital, cutting expenses and focussing on research, leaving Vault 50 empty

	Winter	A small farming community in Queen Valley east of phoenix is suffering from drought and rising tensions within
2201	Spring	The farmers of Queen Valley move to phoenix in search of water and settle into the Verde waste water treatment plant
2204		After years of violence, Tom grows weary of fighting and gets killed by Tim and Ted for becoming too soft. Jim, Jo and Jack witness the crime and sentence Tim and Ted to death, taking over the agency and moving to Nevada. Tim and Ted are removed from the Codex while Tom is enshrined as the founder
2205	Spring	A collective of local farming families near Dallas, TX, known as the Brahmin Boys, start making their way westwards, lead by Metzger
		A faction forms inside Vault 7, pushing for leaving the vault and conquering the Wasteland
2207		The Brahminboys encounter a group of armed ghouls lead by Melchior who survived in a military bunker and gladly joined them
2208		Coming closer to Arizona, the Brahminboys keep hearing more rumours about Phoenix and decide to change their course
2209		After 8 years of relative peace, internal struggle breaks out within the communities around Verde and a string of murders occur. To prevent future violence, the communities are reformed into separate branches under the banner of The Family. One branch lead by Aidan moves into a hotel east of Phoenix while other branches remain in the core, around Verde and Sun City Grande
2210		On the border of Arizona, the Brahminboys save a village of tribals from a slaver attack. 2217		JJJLA find a 'welcome to Phoenix' holodisk and perceive it as their next holy quest
		The current Overseer of Vault 7 is elected and opens the vault, forming the Vault-Technologists
2218	Spring	For the first time in over 50 years, Super Mutants are beginning to become a regular occurence around the Hospital again
	Fall	Increasing amounts of travelers and new arrivals in Phoenix, as well as the arrival of the Lawyers throw the Family branches around Verde into disarray
	Winter	After a few chaotic weeks, the Lawyers attack the Family headquarters in Sun City Grande, forcing them to flee to the Hotel outside of the core
2219	Spring	Lawyers settle into the Grenadier complex, renaming it the Cradle of Justice
	Summer	The Family fortifies its new Headquarters in the hotel and Aidan assumes direct control of all branches as the Godfather of the Family
2220	March	Dick Richardson becomes president
	May	A BoS Squad lead by Paladin Whittaker arrives in Phoenix to investigate the rumors about a new Masters Army. After encountering Mutants at the hospital they are able to take shelter in Robco, as their BoS armors are technically US Army issue and trigger IFF protocols in the Robots

	November	An Enclave recon section is sent via Vertibird to Phoenix to investigate the status of west-tek and robco facilities. While disembarking, they are encounting heavy attacks by Mutie forces. One Verti crashes in Paradise Valley with 2 pilots on board, the other Verti successfully retreats after having dropped off Soldiers. The recon section, now consisting of ~10 soldiers, retreats into Global Electrics Administration, a Poseidon subsidiary. The 2 downed pilots get attacked by C-Raiders, only one manages to escape through the sewers to the sewer rats
	December	AoP starts
